Susan and Paul-Eric -Rest day

Today was a rest day that I needed. Susan had to go to work early again and Paul-Eric was working from home so he was upstairs. We had breakfast together and I did some Facebook and blog. Then I went on Silver to find a bank and a mailing place. At the bank, I asked a worker to come outside and help me with the machine. The money here is about 7 times the Canadian dollar. Everything always looks very expensive and it is.  I stopped at the grocery store and only bought some yogurt and an apple and a pastry.
After asking many people, I found out you could mail a parcel from another grocery store. I got a box from the store thinking I could cut it down if necessary and headed back to the house. I packed some clothes, my speaker and some cords, some maps, a coat, my pots and filled the box. I tied it to the back of the bicycle, and cycled carefully back and got it mailed.

Susan came home around 2 pm and we all had lunch together. Victor was up and going boating today in their boat. I did some work and later Susan offered to take me on another tour and out for pancakes.
We went by this big set of buildings that used to be a home for the mentally insane. She said when she was young she was afraid to walk past it.
Now it is apartments and a sports school.
Susan had this pancake with apples and cinnamon.
I had fruit and ice cream.
There were many flavours to choose from.
The pancake maker was busy as there were quite a few customers.
I liked this needlepoint picture on the wall in the shop.
The view from where we were sitting was spectacular.
We asked a lady to take our photo.
We drove on and walked along a sandy path to Hvidbjerg Strand or beach. We were quite high up from the water.

The sand was very white and fine.
We would have had to climb back up if we went down so we just took photos and then left.
We made a stop at the very fancy Lutheran church where they attend when they go.
It is very unusual architecture inside and out

The outside of the church
Then we drove back and saw the bridge that the cars go over to get to Fyn from Jutland

This is a photo of the bridge that I would be bicycling over. It is being repaired now.
The arch under the bridge.
Just as we were stopped to look at the bridge, Victor sped by in their boat.
In the evening we went for a walk from the house to the water and sat watching some preteens having fun jumping in.

Good bye Susan and Paul-Eric . THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND KINDNESS TO ME. MAY GOD BLESS YOU RICHLY.
Goodbye Victor
One photo with the Nutella jar to remember the grilled Nutella sandwiches.
I had a great time with you all and look forward to seeing you again after my bicycle trip around Denmark.
