Morning jog-walk

         

I decided to try a jog walk today around the Toolenberg Plas

It was a misty overcast morning. I stretched first and started off on the paved path.

Exercise area and ball play area that is carpeted

Everything was calm

I met a variety of people exercising.

A male and female Weinaraner

99 percent of the dogs are well behaved.

One was loose and one on the leash. 

A ladies exercise group

I saw a couple taking a photo like this and asked if they would take a similar one of me.

What a nice wide bicycle path!

I jog walked 6km around the lake , first on the paved path and second time on the crushed shells path.
