Toot, toot op me motorscoot"

After supper we went on Annelies' motor scooter ( the only one in Apeldoorn with flowers) to a surprise class at her son's karate school. Rene Smaal was European champion in karate and rated 4th in the world . He is retired now and runs a school for karate and boxing. His girl friend is Vicky Penetsidis from Greece who is 22nd in karate for women in the world. She is training for the Olympics. Both of them are coaches for the Dutch Junior National karate team. Tonight after his regular class was a class for breathing and stretching just like the Saturday core class that I take at the YMCA. Annelies and I would participate. Robin took some photos for me. After meeting everyone and taking many pictures after, we scootered home, had some fruit and went to bed.  A nice day!
